We finally had the baby!!! Kate was born (rather quickly) at 8:59 p.m. on December 8. My water broke at 8:00 p.m., and we didn't get to the hospital until 8:30. Lucky for us that we made it to the hospital in time (not in time for an epidural though)!!! She weighed in at 8 lbs. 13 oz., and was 21" long. She is such a sweet baby and we are truly blessed to have her as part of our family.

i have been checking, thinking you hadn't updated b/c you had a new arrival! congrats!! i am so glad you made it to the hospital on time! i love the name Kate, it is one of our tops (not that we are capable of making girls) :) she was big. looks gorgeous and healthy. have fun with her.
